Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms govern your use of MarketStage at marketstage.eu, including the free dashboard and the paid Pro subscription. By using the site or subscribing, you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
MarketStage is operated by Joviano Miguel Ascenso Faria da Silva, Sole proprietor (empresário em nome individual), Portugal ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected], +351 964 340 255.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice and your card statement, handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and is a party to the purchase alongside us. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
2. What is sold
A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Pro service for as long as it is paid for. You are buying access to a tool, not a report, not a recommendation, and not investment advice. No ownership of the software, the models or the data is transferred.
3. Not investment advice
MarketStage publishes general information produced by an automated model applied to a fixed universe. It takes no account of your objectives, financial situation, tax position or risk tolerance. It is not a personal recommendation, it is not a solicitation to buy or sell anything, and we do not manage money for anyone. We are not an investment firm and are not supervised by the CMVM. Every investment decision you make is yours alone, and you are responsible for it. If you need advice, take it from someone licensed to give it.
4. Price, billing and renewal
Pro costs €19 per month or €149 per year, in EUR, including any VAT or sales tax Paddle is required to charge in your country: the price shown is the total charged, not a price to which tax is added. A founding-member price of €99 per year is offered to the first 100 subscribers and renews at the same price for as long as the subscription remains active.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled. Paddle charges the payment method on file and emails a receipt every time. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase that would affect your renewal; you can cancel before it takes effect.
A 7-day trial is available on the monthly and yearly plans. A payment method is required to start the trial; it is not charged during the trial. The first charge falls due when the 7 days end, unless you cancel before then, in which case nothing is ever charged.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without penalty: sign in and use the Manage subscription and invoices button on My account, or open the customer portal from the link in a receipt Paddle.com Market Ltd has already emailed you, or write to [email protected]. During a free trial nothing has been charged and no receipt exists yet, so the account page is the route that works. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds, including the 14-day EU right of withdrawal, are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Your login is for one person. You may not share credentials, resell or redistribute the service or its output, scrape it in bulk, circumvent access controls, or use it to build a competing product. Automated access is available through our documented Data API on a service token; scraping the HTML instead is a breach of these terms. We may suspend an account that does any of this, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period unless the breach was deliberate.
7. Third-party data, availability and liability
Market data is obtained from third-party feeds and official institutions, including the ECB, FRED, the U.S. Treasury, the New York Fed, the Bundesbank, Cboe, SEC EDGAR and APFIPP. It may be delayed, incomplete, revised or plainly wrong, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Prices shown are indicative and never a real-time quote feed.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for trading or investment losses, lost profits, and indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its models, its scores and its written content belong to Joviano Miguel Ascenso Faria da Silva. Source data belongs to the respective providers. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; systematic reproduction requires written permission.
9. Your account and your data
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes affecting subscribers are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
