Billing, invoices and cancellations

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Sign in and use the Manage subscription and invoices button on My account: it opens the customer portal, where you can download invoices, update your billing details and VAT number, and cancel the subscription yourself. A receipt you have been emailed links to the same portal, but during a free trial you have not been charged and no receipt exists yet, so the account page is the route that always works. If you would rather we did it, write to [email protected] from the address you subscribed with and we will. See the refund and cancellation policy for what happens next.

Something looks wrong in the data

Check the status page first — it says whether the last run was healthy and how old the data is. If it looks fine and the number still looks impossible, tell us the ticker and what you expected. Data corrections take priority over everything else.
