By subscribing you accept our Terms and Conditions and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Prices are in EUR and include any tax due: the price above is the total you pay, not a price to which tax is added. On a plan that is charged straight away, the checkout shows that same total before you enter a payment method. On a plan that starts with a free trial it charges €0.00 today, so the line item it shows you is the price before tax and the total above appears next to the date of your first payment — that date, and that total, are what you are agreeing to. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Paddle asks for a payment method when the 7-day trial starts, but it charges nothing for 7 days. Cancel before they are up and there is no charge at all; otherwise the first payment is taken the day the trial ends. The trial is on Pro monthly and Pro yearly; Founding member has no trial and is charged when you subscribe.
Is the 7-day trial the same as the 14-day refund?
No, they are two different things. The trial runs before any money moves: cancel within those 7 days and nothing is ever charged at all. The 14-day right of withdrawal is EU law and starts at your first payment: within 14 days of that payment you can ask for the money back, for any reason and without giving one. The full policy is on the refund page.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in two clicks, with no notice period and no fee: sign in and use the Manage subscription and invoices button on My account, which opens the customer portal. After your first payment the receipt email links to the same place; during a free trial there is no receipt yet. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If neither opens, write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. See the refund policy.
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay and PayPal, on Paddle.com Market Ltd's checkout. The checkout shows the ones available in your country before you enter anything. If none of these works for you, write to [email protected] before you subscribe.
Who charges my card?
Paddle.com Market Ltd. That is the name that appears on your bank statement and on your invoice; your card details are entered on their checkout and never reach us.
Is this investment advice?
No. MarketStage is an educational tool that publishes general information. It is not a personal recommendation and we do not manage money. See the terms.
